Design and Production of Large Fuel Price Displays for Caltex Pakistan (CPS) Gas Stations

In August 2024, we successfully partnered with a leading local framework manufacturer in Pakistan to design, supply, and commission a series of high-visibility pylon-mounted price display units for Caltex service stations across the country. The project aimed to modernize the forecourt experience, provide exceptional clarity for motorists, and offer station managers a flexible, easy-to-use control system.

The primary challenge was to create a durable and highly legible display solution capable of withstanding the varied environmental conditions of Pakistan while ensuring price information is instantly visible from a long distance, even in direct sunlight. The solution needed to be seamlessly integrated into existing Caltex station pylons and managed effortlessly by station staff.

We delivered a custom-designed, large-format LED display system tailored precisely to Caltex's specifications and operational needs.

• Robust Construction & Local Partnership: Collaborating with a expert local framework manufacturer ensured the housing and mounting structure were built to last, using high-quality, weather-resistant materials suitable for the regional climate. This partnership also streamlined logistics and installation.

• Advanced Wireless Control: Each display is equipped with a long-range radio frequency (RF) remote control system. This allows station managers to update fuel prices instantly from the convenience of the station office or store, eliminating the need for manual changes on the pylon and enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
